Dr. Kiana Kaymanesh

Dr. Kiana Kaymanesh, OD, is a compassionate and experienced optometrist dedicated to providing exceptional eye care for patients of all ages. A proud graduate of the Southern College of Optometry (SCO), Class of 1999, Dr. Kaymanesh combines extensive clinical experience with a genuine passion for helping patients achieve and maintain optimal eye health.

With a background spanning both clinical care and practice development, Dr. Kaymanesh has worked in leading LASIK centers, providing comprehensive pre- and post-operative care to guide patients toward clear vision and smooth recovery. Her expertise includes the management of ocular diseases, post-surgical cases, and age-related conditions, ensuring each patient receives precise, individualized treatment.

Driven by her commitment to expanding access to quality eye care, Dr. Kaymanesh has also established and grown successful family optometry practices. Her blend of clinical excellence and business insight allows her to make a lasting impact on both her patients’ lives and the eye care community.

Outside of the office, Dr. Kaymanesh enjoys art, fashion, and traveling, finding beauty in life’s simple moments—an outlook that reflects the warmth and attention she brings to every patient interaction.

Robert DiCesare

With decades of experience and a commitment to exceptional eyewear, Robert DiCesare has been proudly serving the greater Bedford community—including Bedford, Carlisle, Lexington, Concord, Billerica, and Chelmsford—since 1988 at Bedford Vision.

Robert oversees the in-house optical lab, ensuring every pair of glasses meets the highest standards of precision and quality. With over 800 eyeglass frames on display, he helps patients find the perfect combination of comfort, style, and function. Known for his dedication to offering high-quality eyewear at honest prices, Robert has built lasting relationships with generations of families in the community.

Outside of the optical world, Robert is passionate about supporting FreeMasonry and enjoys riding his motorcycle with charity groups, giving back to causes that make a difference.
